Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Hi,

We are beginning a middle ages study. My children who will be involved are 12 , 10 , and 7. My 12 and 10 year olds do most of their 'subjects' together.

I am looking for a good spine- I know of lots, but need to narrow it down!

Also, especially for my avid reader almost 13yos I need to add in lots of novels, and also some non fiction.

Anything out there that you just loved?
Do any of you have you course of study on your blogs??

Just having a hard time pulling it together this time through....

These aren't spines, but are great supplements:

Otto of the Silver Hand
A Door in the Wall

Yes Molly, those are great books. We just read the Door in the Wall, and Otto is one of our all time faves!
