Ok now to the bragging, my dd10, my dyslexic dd, said, "I'll do it.", and she did! I am so proud of her. She did it and did a terrific job! 
That's great! I definitely don't like going up in front of people. The last time I had to read (small Mass -- I was asked right before Mass started), I had to follow along in my son's missal to know when to go up! I was so flustered and nervous. 
It's so sad I just have to laugh at myself!
