Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

3 of my 4 kiddos are now completing various therapies through out the day.

They of course all have to be completed at different time increments.

my little egg timer is no longer adequate to keep track of everything. i can rarely find it anyway because my son is always wanting to time himself- mom it took 456 seconds to put away my blocks;)

Is there a timer or computer app that would go off at more than one preset time, better yet with varying sounds depending on what the therapy/schedule might be?

i keep thinking there should be something but cant find it.
Thanks MaggieAnnie

IPhone can do that so I would think that most cell phones would have an alarm clock you can set to go off every day at different times

Time Timers

For those special needs children that need to actually see how much time they have to do an activity, a Time Timer might be a good answer to your problems. A Time Timer is also good for time management and allows you to keep to your schedule so you use your time more effectively.

The Time Timer provides the ability to judge how much time is left without having to know how to tell the time. These products operate with high color resolution, large dial numbers and ultra-quiet quartz movement. Usually the time left on the timer is in red to be easily seen and the child can monitor the time himself. For an added benefit, Time Timers are available without alarms to signal when the time is up for those children who cannot tolerate sudden abrupt sounds.

The Time Timers can also be used to:

• Show time left to play, get ready or to clean up
• Time written tests and classroom experiments
• Self-monitoring of individual and classroom activities
• Regulate computer time

To set the Time Timers (except the CD version which is installed on your computer), move the red disc counterclockwise to the desired time interval. The disc diminishes as time elapses until no red is visible on the timer face.

There are several out on the market and what to get depends on what your child’s needs are.

There are watches and wrist timers available and also a CD version which is installed on your computer. With the Time Timer CD you have the option to use a visual depiction only, or add sound. It has the ability to easily change from minutes to seconds or even hours, offers a lock-down feature, and the on-screen size can be altered. The Time Timer CD is Macintosh® and Windows® compatible.

I had to share this: Triple Timer. Isn't that fantastic (and expensive)?

But seriously, I know there are Triple Digital Timers like
this and this.
