Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

What's good? We've narrowed Declan's intolerances down to gluten, dairy, and nuts. We also follow the feingold diet and are in stage 1 which means further restrictions. He seems OK with a small amount of eggs and soy. We tried the Namaste Brownie mix and it was a huge hit!
It'll take me almost an hour to get to this store, so I'll have to sample things this time and then send DH over (he works near there) next time with a list.
Any suggestions?

We're on the Feingold diet too, but don't have to worry about gluten and dairy issues... so let's see. They have AWESOME freeze-dried mangos and pineapples that melt in your mouth in the dried fruit section. Also all their frozen fruit is very good. They have lots of yummy frozen meals, but I'm guessing lots of them have gluten. We always buy their frozen fish- very good price for wild caught salmon and other fish that we save for Fridays! Frozen garlic cubes are great for popping into anything you're cooking. Lime popscicles, chocolate covered bananas. Mango sauce. Cashew butter. I think most everything else we get has dairy in it. Good luck!
