Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

1. On the tongue

2. No. (I had to look up the intinction def. I have never experienced it and not meaning to start anything but I believe it is not allowed in Australia)

ETA:
Just did some research it is a US practice, learning all the time.

1. On the tongue

2. Not in our parish.

I think that intinction is allowed when the priest does it for the communicant, but it is when the communicant does it for him or herself that is banned. (Well, that's my understand of the Aus situation...)

1. On the tongue
2. No, I don't partake of the Precious Blood separately, because I was taught that we are already receivng the Blood of Christ in the host since Christ's Flesh and Blood are inseparable, hence the reason it is not a necessity to receive the Precious Blood.

One added blessing, our parish offers the option of kneeling to receive at the NO Mass and we also kneel at the Tridentine Mass.

We attend a normal NO mass because that is the only one offered up in our neck of the mountains.

God bless your dd as she prepares for her FHC!
