Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I had a liquid calcium that worked for me.

I have to be super super careful because of kidney stones.. I can NOT handle the pains of triggering any stones at this point.

It's very very beneficial to be able to have the calcium in supplement form for during and after the birth.

This is what the one I can no longer get had..

D-3 (cholecalciferol) 400iu
calcium (tricalcium phosphate, calcium lactate 5H2O, citrate, gluconate) 600mg
magnesium (magnesium hydroxide, magnesium carbonate) 300mg
phosphorus (tricalcium phosphate) 300mg
zinc (zinc citrate) 22.5 mg
potassium (potassium citrate, chloride) 50mg

So.. now I just have to find supplements to replace all that.. most seem fairly straightforward.. except the actual calcium.. and how the calcium and phosphorus work.. apparently from the same source

I'd appreciate any ideas, suggestions...
