Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I checked out the first one from the library and my children, ages 1 through 8, are really enjoying it. Last night at the dinner table they were speaking to each other with their minimal sign language skills. My husband and I couldn't help chuckling when our 1 year old started signing and saying "more". He is our voracious eater and it was so appropriate. He has also learned the signs for bird and dog. What fascinates me with our youngest is that he always signs and says the word at the same time.
