Does anyone have a Kitchenaid Owners Manual? Mine is falling apart and I cant find page page 25 and page 26. I need the Quick Yellow Cake recipe? Any kind soul care to share the quantity of ingredients? I remember the order to combine--just need the measuring amts and ingredients?

I have cute heartshaped tins to make cupcakes for tomorrow and really dislike the taste of store bought cake mixes... I want my recipe (always get raves on this one) but believe it or not, I can't find it on the internet?

1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c shortening
1 c low fat milk
1 tsp vanilla
