Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Read through it, whew! Lots of name ideas! I thought I'd mention Deneige, which is my grandma's middle name, and my middle daughter's middle name. It is pronounced like Danae, but with a soft "g" at the end (like at the end of mirage). I believe its origin is French.

I love the name Genevieve... it is so classic and can be shortened (if desired) into so many cute names.

Also... St. Genevieve just ROCKS! She was amazing on earth, and I have no doubt she is powerfully interceding for us in heaven.

St. Genevieve is amazing. Would you pronounce it the American way ("Jen-uh-veev") or the French way ("Zhohn (rhymes with John)-vee-ehv")?

I love Irish names...Maire (Irish for Mary) is very popular at our (Irish!) dance studio. I've heard it pronounced "Myra" and "Moira." My personal favorite Irish name for a girl is Roisin ("Roh-sheen") - it translates to Rose, which is definitely a saint's name.

As a variant of Martha (and a saint name on its own), what about Martine? (I am very fond of this name...I gave it to my child!) St. Martina was an early Roman saint - not much is known about her, unfortunately. We opted for the French version because it sounds better with our last name and gives a nod to my French ancestors, but when we're in Italy, she's Martina.

Xanthea is pretty...Danae sounds nice with that name, too, which makes sense as both names are Greek - Danae was the mother of Perseus in Greek mythology (via Zeus in the form of a golden shower, as her father locked her away to keep her from having children). If that's not appealing, Denise (feminine form of Denis - a famous French saint) sounds similar, especially if you go with the French pronunciation and use a "z" sound for the s in Denise.

Susanna(h) is lovely, too - Susanna lends itself to a lot of beautiful middle names, as well. (Susanna Leonie, Susanna Danae, etc.)

I actually like Rue - I think more people would associate the name with the famous actress these days rather than the dictionary definition. (Rue is a medicinal plant, too - associated with the word "rue", meaning "regret" via Shakespeare's Hamlet.)

Renee is another pretty "R" name...it means "resurrection" or "reborn" in French.

I noticed you don't have an "O" name - what about Olivia? (Olivia Seraphina, Olivia Isabella)

I should stop...I love names and their origins, and I love saints, so I could go on all night! I love that you and your husband choose your children's names so carefully and thoughtfully, giving them each a patron saint to look up to and a lovely-sounding name that looks dignified on a business card or job application. I know you'll choose just the right name for your newest daughter!

I had posted on the Sancta Nomina site that I really like Seraphina which you mention liking. Seraphina Isabel would be my candidate.

We just named our (first!) baby girl Beatrice Marie. Dh loves Dante. I think Marie works as a middle name for just about anything.

Not as fancy as the other names, but Lucy is likely our name if we have another girl. Not exotic, but I don't think it is super common right now either.

Friends of ours have a Maribel, which I think is lovely and not as common as Isabel in recent years, plus there is the homage to Our Lady. Since you both like Isabel except for its overuse, that could be a contender.
