Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

OK - taught this to ds 5 years ago. So why as I do algebra 2 with dd 10th grade do I feel like I am learning it all over again! Thought I could get by NOT reading the lesson ahead of time and not doing some examples on my own before we do the lesson together.

SIGH - I guess not!!

Worse thing is - all my kids are 5 years apart. Which means I will feel this way AGAIN in 5 years when youngest ds (10 yrs) is doing Algebra!

Can I burn the Algebra books in 6 years lol!
