Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I am wondering what you label the Didache Series on your transcripts? Thanks

If you complete the text, I would either call it Religion 9 or 10 or 11 or 12 (whatever the grade is) OR call it what the text is...Morality, or HIstory of the Church, or Scripture Study.

We go as basic as possible, ie Religion 9. Then I feel like I can just include ALL the religious books, texts, dvds, etc, and there isn't a "theme" necessarily. Really, it counts only as an elective in the eyes of colleges, even to Catholic colleges/universities, so no worries!

The only time you'd want to delineate for sure any themes would be when you register for a high school Catholic curriculum provider like Kolbe for instance.

Yes, I too just call that course "Religion -- whatever year." Nice and simple.

I posted this quite awhile ago. Wanted to bring it up again as we are actually done with our 1st year of Didache. It was a great experience.

I will call it Religion 9, but wanted to be sure if we used the year series that you would agree that we can call it 1 credit?

Depends on the book. I just checked at my oldest ds transcript and I had: Catholic Studies, Understanding the Scriptures and Morality and Justice
