Inside the Catholic Mosaic book it reads that the program will appeal primarily to children K - 4th grade. The books can be read to children of all ages.

I think it could be tweaked to fit the capabilities of your dc, especially your oldest. Exposure to the vocab words, gearing the discussion questions for your dc.....the part I think would need to be adjusted would be the copywork.
