Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I'm looking for something to keep one second grader busy while I work independently with the other. We are having a lot of trouble with ds8 getting his work done and not bothering dd7 while they do their work together.

I thought if I could work with one, and if they got their work done in a reasonable amount of time, I would give them time on the Ipad. It's just there are so many educational apps out there, I can't seem to sort through them all.

So, what are some of your favorite apps geared toward this age group...and free would also be helpful?
