Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I cannot find a map that shows what grows where in the US. Is there a map that identifies the predominate crop per state?

What about predominate crop per country or continent?

There are some maps from 2004 here: USDA Crop Year 2004

And this page has links for maize, soybeans, wheat, rice, swine, beef and poultry (towards top of page under word "Production"). If you click on the links, you're taken to a map of world production for that crop.

Well, I haven't found a map yet that has multiple crops on one map, but these might point you in the right direction:

Not a U.S. map,but does list many facts about each state (including chief agricultural crops)

Corn Barley Cotton map

Maps of the World

Misc. Maps

Very interesting map layering

Cool dynamic map

Thanks for the links. I'll poke around & see if I can find a map that shows multiple crops.
