Thought you would appreciate this.

I was looking for a book to share with the dc while we learn about Ancient History this fall.

I bought one with lovely photos and pictures- the blurb in the catalog desribed as being about life in the mediterranian at the time of Christ.

What the catalog failed to mention was that the book was written in GREEK!

It is a lovely book but sadly is on the way back to the seller.

Any other book suggestion would be appreciated.

I posted a list of the picture books we used for the first part of our study of ancient history here. Egypt, Greece and Rome were separate studies for us.
