Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Two ( older) blog posts from Cay, on unschooling and on life learning. Good for me to read, and to continue to unschool mindfully. And so I thought others might like a read too.

Leonie,

This is great timing for this time of the year for many people.

KISSing my curriculum has left me thinking. It's also helped me to leave the kids outside and continue their adventures rather than the spelling lesson I was planning. For 10 more min. anyway!

Can you recommend any good introductory sites to un-schooling. It interests me, if I could only shake off "my must do this..." mentality.

Leonie,
I'm so glad I could be part of your Entertainment Committee.
