Online subscriptions are free through September. Its designed for Mothers and Daughters, (but can be used for the entire real learning family) and includes cooking, crafts, sewing, games, poems, nature study etc for each season. I just found it this morning and I'm printing the whole thing.
Just thought I'd share

I just pulled up the initial magazine -- it's a pdf you can save to computer or print. It really is a nice magazine -- the recipe for scones look like a person really did make them (unlike some cookbooks and other mags where it all looks so professional, I don't dare try it ).
Definitely check it out -- as Jen said it's free subscriptions till the end of September ... they're probably trying to determine interest. And it's definitely not just for daughters and moms -- my boys are going to love the cooking and other fun stuff....
THANKS again for posting!

I wanted to mention that the potato chowder and apple crisp featured in this issue of Seasonal Delights were delicious. I made them both a couple nights ago. I did add corn and bacon to the potato chowder (I am always "tweaking" )but it would be delicious as printed.
I always find it helpful to know if a recipe is a bomb or a keeper.

Just wanted to bump this -- as "free subscriptions" end tomorrow ....
I had a bit more time this morning and the fabric-covered nature journals, the autumn popcorn mix and the "sewing corner" column are WONDERFUL!
Here's a link if you want to find out more about Seasonal Delights magazine!
