Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

We have had our day redirected by a tree service falling 12 very large pine trees near our home. My dd 11,came to me and said "so what can we learn from this mom". She is a wee bit miffed as we were working on her play production      I suggested patience, shes not impressed, imagine that!!!! So any ideas, this is going to be an all day affair, there must be something interesting but my brain is consumed with these trees hitting my house!!!!
Let me know if youcan think of anything.
Thanks

I suggest packing a picnic lunch and clearing out of there for the rest of the day.
Lesson for the day-flexibility!LOL!

That some days noisy ol' life gets in the way of "school", so you grab some yummy treats and head out the door to enjoy the day some other way! Why not give Mary an advance birthday present and say the rosary at a park somewhere or visit some nearby churches ans leave her flowers?
