Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I was looking at the Memoria Press catalog and reading some of the articles in it. Some are very interesting. I saw that they offer a Christian Studies course that looks interesting. It sound like a Bible history course. I was under the impression that they were Catholic but they don't mentioned anything about it being Catholic and they use the KJV of the bible (slightly simplified) because of the poetic language. Do you know? Have anybody here used this course?

Thanks,

Natalia

Natalia,
They don't advertise as a Catholic company though I do remember reading somewhere that some of the contributors to their products are Catholic...they are not anti-Catholic...(They are obviously Christian...)
How's that for muddying the waters?

I think Cheryl Lowe is a convert to Catholicism and Martin Cothran is an Anglican-type Protestant with strong sympathy for Catholicism.
