Could I have some help? I've applied to join the Webring and been sent a site ID but I don't know where to put it on my blog.!! Also not sure if I'm on the blogroll.

I'm in the same boat. I applied to the webring....but my blog is not appearing on the list. I'm wondering if there is something more I need to do, but I can't find anything on the webring site. I'll let you know if i find anything out.

Alison: I just put the "code" into a "notes" typelist....but it probably has a different name at homeschool blogger.

Also, I think that if we applied for the ring, and our name isn't showing up, it's cuz we're stilll "waiting in the queue". Don't know if this helps....

LOL, y'all need to have mercy on your poor ringkeeper!

I guess you missed my announcement in late Sept that all ring maintenance would be suspended for a few months while my family made our cross-country move, unless someone else wanted to volunteer to take over during my absence.

I'm still not back in full swing as far as computer time goes, but I did manage to go update the queue just now. I moved a bunch of you to member status. Anyone else who is still waiting, you need to get your code in place. Suzanne, thanks for posting the ling to my Typepad instructions for doing that. If you use a different blog host, you just need to paste the HTML into your sidebar in whatever manner you do that with other sidebar content. Sorry that I can't be more specific!

Louise, Cay, Sarah (Plainsong), and others who've been in the queue a long while--do you need me to re-send you the code? If so, just give me a holler! (And then be patient while I claw my way out of the moving boxes, LOL!)

Glad to see so much enthusiasm for the webring!

As for the blogroll, I don't have any hope of updating that anytime soon (the one on the webring homepage--which is moving, btw, to another blog site, soon as I get a chance). I'm completely lost as to who is on the list and who isn't. Sorry!!

Postscript: OK, I said I couldn't update the blogroll anytime soon, and then I *did* update--a little. Here's a link to the most recent list. If you aren't there and would like to be added, post a link IN THIS THREAD (don't email me about it--you'll be lost in the pile of unanswered mail) and in a week or two, when things settle down, I'll get back over here and update again.

...havin' mercy, Lissa! Moving is crazy! Oh yes, and throw in a slight "jaunt" across the US...not exactly a recipe for updating the queue (whatever THAT means)
