Please delete this if it isn't appropriate. I just don't know anyone else to ask.
OK. So I finally weaned my little one after 3 years and 3 months of nursing...and...how do I put this...my breasts are not at all what they used to be. I nursed my oldest but everything kind of went back to it's former...um...position after I weaned him. Maybe it was because I was so young then...and now, oh my.
Is there anything I can do? It's not a big deal but the change is so significant that I am in a bit of shock right now. Anyone else had this happen?
I know this is pretty personal so if you want to just PM your response that would be fine. You all are the only women I know that nurse, so I didn't know who else to ask.
Thanks.

oh mine are really not the same. flat, saggy. I have to wear a super padded push up bra just to put them in place. and, I always was a "C" and now I wear an "A".

honestly, I think that between age and kiddos, things will never be the same. But, that's not necessarily a bad thing!

a plus for me is that it is easier to wear those sports bras and exercise. dosen't take much to flatten me down!!! I do just fine with a cheapo bra from Wal Mart or Target....

well strengthening the muscle under could help.. though it wouldn't fix it, just help some.

I spoke to my husband about my feelings about my "new" body. He told me that I was gorgeous (aww!) and that it just isn't important to him at all (double aww!).
Then he said...."well, maybe you can buy one of those little girl training bra things...to you know RE-train them."
He was totally serious too. LOL!
I mean really...what does he think those training bras do...bark instructions to your breasts to get them to obey??? He cracks me up. I now know why God gave us boys. LOL

I don't think that there is much we can do about the breasts themselves, but TTapp helps build the pec muscles and improves posture which gives an illusion of, ummm, fullness?
Love,

I'm dreading this. I'm bigger than I ever have been and the thought of what happens afterwards is really bothering me.
Just so you know you're not alone!
