My 8th grade dd is fully enrolled with Mother of Divine Grace. It has mostly gone well but I have found that we do just fine, if not better, by following and tweaking the syllabus instead of being enrolled which is pricey. She loves the online religion class which uses our Faith & Life book. She enjoys the discussions and interactions with the instructor and classmates. I cannot justify paying all that money for just one class, they will not allow part-time/individual course enrollment. Does anyone know of a similar online Catholic Religion class? I have read about Fisher-More and while it is pricey they allow individual class enrollment. She took a middle school apologetics class with Homeschool Connections and that was GREAT but I have not seen an actual religion class.
Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks. :)

It isn't interactive but, the My Catholic Faith Delivered site offers online courses for the Faith and Life series.

Homeschool Connections does offer theology courses but only at the high school level at this time.

Kolbe is another option that allows individual class enrollment (though I think registration priority goes to fully enrolled first). These online courses are new this fall and I have a friend whose daughters are taking some courses and really like them.

We are a Seton family but I actually know 3 Fisher More instructors and know families enrolled in it and they LOVE it. If any of the FM instructors are like the 3 instructors I know, then they are top notch. I like the FM program but my DS has the Seton program down pat so switching wouldn't go over too well!!!

Thanks also for your other post about the low carb diet!!!
