I happen to have started using Facebook for our websites and my daughters have, too. And we are so glad to have read the following article because the time and the privacy dangers on the personal side scare me, but we see the value of using it to promote our businesses. The author really shows how teens can use it profitably, especially if they use the privacy settings well. My daughters really agreed with his points, so I am posting this for others who have teens who might need some "advice" or a limiting perspective. I am so glad that we have learned to use Facebook business pages so that we can minimize our personal time spent (wasted?) on Facebook, yet use the "pages" for business.

I really see it's use among family members, especially grandparents, but I agree with this article about using Facebook that it's best use for us is its business use: "Don't Be A Facebook Hater".

I hope that it shows how useful Facebook can be if you use it right. I liked his admonitions at the beginning.
