Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Can anyone recommend a computer course appropriate for high school? I'm looking for a "course in a box" where I don't have to know anything about computers!

Here's one I saw on the Homeschool Buyers Co-op[/ulr"> that has programming courses for kids and teens ... these look really good. I'm thinking of doing the teen windows programming/game programming with Thomas this year (I'm a closet geek, though ... ). It looks really complete and fun.

BTW, the
Homeschool Buyers Co-op is a pretty useful group -- it's free to join and they have great deals, especially for on-line coursework.

Thank you Paula and Mary. I will look into those two options. I'm open to anything having to do with computers. Just looking for something to interest my high school freshman that he could do on his own.
