Most of my conversation so far has focused on college bound children. I would love to hear from those whose children have followed alternative routes - seminary, early marriage,trade school, entrepreneurial, workforce etc etc

I have been thinking it would be good to have a thread just for moms to share their grown children's religious vocation stories. But the non-college route stories are of great interest to me as well.

Marilyn, I just realized that another option has been left out: the military. Lots of hs graduates seem to have followed that path. Take a look at this thread if you haven't already: 4Real Kids: Where have they gone?
