one is science literature. I VERY cute and well-done book by a writer you may already know The Snail Spell by Joanne Ryder
I'm going to search later and see if I can find similiar books by her like this.

I was given a book called Mothers of the Saints by Wendy Leifeld which is a very light and comfy read, yet offers some quick glaces of insightment I found needed in my own mothering.

One of my friends locally had this book and last year, when she was on bedrest, I would read it at her home. You're right. It is a light and comfy read but full of valuable insights!

Thanks for the recommendations. I have already put the Snail book on hold at my library, but I went to see about buying the "Mothers of the Saints" and found 1 copy on the internet. It costs $128.00!!!!!!!!!!!

So, does anyone have another source for this book?

wow. I had no idea. I know just how you feel too because that happened to me last week when I searched for the Narnian Cookbook to go with my FUFI. Only it was more than that even.

okay I searched high and low... and only came up with that same dollar for that same copy of Leifeld's book from abebooks...

until...
I searched cathswap. msg #78375 on august 8th 2005
It appears she had a hard time selling it there, so I emailed her to see if it's still available for the $10ppd. I'll let you know if I get a response.
