Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Has anyone used this provider Homeschool Estore?

It appears to be relatively new. Is there anything similar out there?

Love,

I did purchase something from them recently. I like the fact that you can purchase an e-book and just print out what you need. They have quite a variety of unit studies, and products from publishers I'm familiar with.

I stumbled upon the website by accident, and have never heard anyone else mention it!

I really like the idea of Digital Curriculum and yet I'm a little leary, will it be worth the money??? Could I just do a search and find similar things for free??? The storage issue is what continues to draw me toward using programs like this, but I'd hate to pay and find out it was simply worksheets, kwim?

A site I do use that may be similar is the units at e-Naturalist recommended by Macbeth in the Nature Freebies thread. A great site.

Okay, I just previewed my post and my link to the thread takes one to the opening page of 4 Real Learning. I have noticed this problem on my blog when I've tried to reference a particular discussion here. If someone could let me in on the secret, I'd be most appreciative, for now I'll be in the Tech Support trying to find the answer with a bit of digging and research!

edit: I have corrected the link now, thank you Janette! I think the problem is that the Address bar does not always change but stays as www.4reallearning.com rather than 4real.thenetsmith.com, I wonder if it is because we have 'browse by name' for navigation rather than by addresses but Amazon's neverending strings of numbers copies and pastes fine...

I'll have to play around with it. Pay closer attention as I jump about the Forums.

Jennifer, not sure what you tried to type in as the link address for the Nature Freebies, but it currently points to www.4Reallearning.com. The URL for threads here is: 4real.thenetsmith.com (take note: no "www" is used). Then to that, you add the particular thread "ID." The best way is to just open the thread you want to reference, and copy the whole address that appears in your browser window. So to reference the Nature Freebies thread, you'd type in: http://4real.thenetsmith.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=304&PN=4

Clear as mud?      I don't blog and am ignorant of how links are done on blogs, but I would think that you're having the same problem there. Hope that helps! I would have fixed the link for you, but thought I should leave it so you can see what I mean.

Angie,
There is a review of this site here, it is not very detailed but it might give you an idea. ( You have to scroll down some to get to the review)
