Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Does anyone here have the new lesson plans yet? If so could you answer a question for me?

I'm debating buying the new version - I bought the previous version last fall used, but I see they have added in plans for Behold and See 1 and the two Catholic Easy Readers put out by CHC. I'm wondering if I really need to buy the new lesson plans or if the plans for Behold and See and the Easy Readers are self-explanatory. Money is tight for us, so if I don't really need the newer version it would be great to save the funds for other items on our list.

I do not have the newer plans, but I would strongly suggest e-mailing them with this question. I have always found them to answer my questions fairly quickly and offer helpful solutions.

I had bought the first grade lesson plans in January, just before they announced the science book and new lesson plans. I contacted Theresa on Facebook and she sent me a copy of the new lesson plans free of charge. I haven't received my Behold and See 1 yet, so I can't comment on how that book is laid out. But I'm sure you can just get buy with your old plans. Just schedule in the science as you see fit. The experiments are in the book. They usually read a few pages the first day, a few the second day and then do the experiment on the third day. Hope that helps.
