I purchased a teacher planner and student planners back in 2008 and only partly used them. Today I received a 2010-2011 elementary planner, addressed "To The Assignment Book Buyer." 
Anyone else who purchased some teacher/student planners from this company in the past get a gratis copy like me? I'm assuming this is like a review copy in the hopes that I'll purchase more for the next school year.

No, but I haven't purchased in the past. I did get an email promotion from them as the local contact for our support group, encouraging a group order. I know that was from finding my name on internet Catholic home school lists since they wouldn't have my info otherwise. It seems that they are doing a pretty extensive outreach right now.

I got one in the mail yesterday, too. It was good timing for me because I was just telling some folks about these planners the other day and had promised to bring an old one to show them. It's not unusual for companies to send samples, right?

I got one, too, and I'm actually glad of it because I think my daughter who will be 3rd grade next year will love it! We tried them last year and quickly tired of all the writing.

We ordered one last year and when the UPS man left it on the porch our dog chewed it up! 
I was so mad. But it was our fault for having a misbehaved dog so I didn't even mention it to the UPS man. I was so happy to receive one in the mail a couple of weeks ago. This will work nicely for the coming year.
