Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Hi there,

Sorry if this is a question that's been asked many times, but I can't seem to find anything when I searched the forums.

Do you have any suggestions as to where I should get the books on the Real Learning book list? I began looking for the books on amazon.ca, which does not carry as many titles as amazon.com, and find that quite a few are not available. Some take 1-3 months to ship! Are there any online bookstores that carry most of these books and have pretty reasonable shipping rates, and hopefully ships to Canada?

BTW, is it redundant to post the same question on more than one forum? For example, may I post the above question on another forum? I wasn't sure if I should post it here or in the "Living Literature" forum.

Thanks a lot for any suggestions.

Blessings,
Lorraine

Lorraine--I carry a printed copy of the list in my car. That way if I happen upon a library book sale or used book store I know what to look for. The used book store here gives trade credit, so I bring things in a nd get credit to buy things. The library usually has at least some of the books and can order others from other branches. I try to purchase at least one a month for our home library, and when I do I use amazon, alibris, and overstock.
