Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I realize the whole purpose of home schooling, especially unschooling, is to get away from all the testing and 'grades' etc. However, what do you do when it is time to submit a high school transcript for college admission? Do you just give your child all A's?

I'm in Australia and my sons haven't had to submit a transcript - we used the SAT and Open Univesity courses.

However, I know that Mary Griffith's bookThe Unschooling Handbook, has sample unschooling transcripts and ideas.

Also check out Alison McKee'ssite.

HTH!
