Thank you all for your prayers for my Grandmother who got a staph infection after a fall. My husband returned form Iraq and we quickly made it to Florida to see her and be with her before she died. I really think God allowed her to continue living so that we could see her one last time. It was so hard to walk away. The visit with my parents while seeing her was more than stressful esp for my mom, and now we will all be heading to Louisiana for her funeral in a week and staying in a hotel together. Please offer a prayer for my grandmother's soul and for my parents who are obviously under a lot of stress in handling things. Original post here

I'm so sorry, Emily! I will pray for the repose of her soul and for the comfort of your entire family as well as all of the practicals to work out over the next few weeks. What a sincere and wonderful comfort that your husband made it home in time. Still, I imagine this pre-empted some much needed adjustment time.
