Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Does anyone have a favorite place to buy or sell used homeschool books? I have some Abeka books I am trying to ge trid of - they were given to me by a neighbor who gave up homeschooling. I do use Cathswap on the Yahoo Groups to purchase items and have had pretty good success there, but of course I can't sell my Abeka stuff there. I am also looking for CHC items to purchase.

Try the Trading Post here!

Another big one is Vegsource.com. You have to look for thehomeschooling link down the left side to get to the swap boards. Lots of Abeka and such there!
Good luck.

I have some Apologia stuff I sold simply by letting Protestant homeschool covers here know I had it and was willing to sell and the price I was willing to let it go for. The word got passed along. I e-mailed one of the cover schools with my info.

There is another fairly active yahoo list besides Cathswap where you can sell curriculum that was recommended to me. The website is here: Teaching Tots to Teens

Hope this helps!
