Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Dear Ladies,

I am having another "spell" of thinking I need a bunch more books. So I wanted to ask your opinion of which of the following you really recommend as needed:
(Keep in mind I am using FIAR and BYFIAR)

Diary of an Early American Boy

The Everything Study Book

Everything you need to know about American History Homework

Everything you need to know about Science Homework

Backyard Scientist I

Creating Books with Children by Valerie Bendt

Science GeoSafari CDRom

You Can Teach Your Child Successfully(Beechek)

The Christian Home Educators Manual for Elementary(Duffy)

Where in the World game

Made for Trade game

Big Book of Books and Activities (Dinah Zike)

Other Dinah Zike Books

Mathematicians Are People, Too.

Great Civil War Projects You Can Build Yourself.

As you see, I need help distinguishing needs and wants. Could you please let me know what you think about these?

Thankyou
Gina in Al

I think the first thing I would do is see what is available from the libary. Those I would cross off my wish list. Good luck!

Thank you, Jennifer,
for that simple advice.
I checked the Library and drastically reduced my list,
I can use them from the library and then decide if i really need to purchase them.
Thanks again,
Regina
