Occurs to me I ought to ask for prayers, not just information. My husband has a job offer in the San Diego area and he is seriously leaning toward taking it. He has to let them know by tomorrow. (!!!)

If he takes it, he'll be leaving VA in two weeks. I'll follow when the house sells. (!!!)

So all sorts of things to pray for here...first, discernment, and if he takes it: safe travels for him, speedy sale of house, successful hunt for rental home out there, safe and SANE travels for me when I follow with the five children including our practically brand new baby... did I mention !!!!

Wow...oh, wow. Piling on the prayers! Today is the Feast of First Martyrs of the Church of Rome. They were trailblazers, new members of a new Church, lots of unknown and fear. Not too unlike what you are going through...Can I say it's a little martyrdom, giving up comforts and a home and routine? First Martyrs, pray for us.

Thank God for the Internet...and our Faith. I'll be looking forward to "seeing" your posts about your new homestead, but I'm also looking forward to one day, God willing, to meet you in Heaven.
