Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Hi everyone,

we have a dd 15 who is currently dancing. she is really serious about this as a career.
She is attending a really great school, but where we live, it is not going to give her the exposure to enter this career effectively.
Here in Australia they don't tend to take dancers too early to full time courses. She is doing her school subjects in the morning and attending classes from 1.30 for 4 days a week. This equates to part time hours. This part we are Ok with it the next step that is the issue..
My problem is she will need to leave home to pursue her career in a city 10 hours away..
This is daunting to me and I really need some sound advice re preparation and places I should look out for her to stay.

We have focused on spiritual grouding and discussing her body as a temple of the holy spirit. etc etc.
She will be finished her schooling once she leaves, so can focus solely on ballet and its theory etc..
household chores, cooking cleaning are fairly easily taught.
I have thought of a homestay family or a religious order we are familiar with, when she will be living there.

I just want to make sure we are covering as much as possible now..

Now I have finished my very long question, I would love some advice.

Leanne
