A new subject based on this iPhone Protection thread

The other thing I used before that I'm replacing is the Vera Bradley Tech Case
I just found it very handy to keep my phone clean, easy to access (doesn't get as lost in the purse as easily), and easy to carry without a purse. I also liked having the extra padding.
I had hoped to sew my own, but my sister gave me one for my birthday last year...and I really liked it. I also kept my ear buds in the case, also.
Ear buds...that's another topic, but I have small ears and these hurt and are very uncomfortable. I have got to find another option. |

PLEASE can someone start an earbud thread if they have ones that actually FIT their ears!!!! My ears are killing me from listening to Audiobooks while knitting and I need to find ones. Those ones that have different sizes don't fit my ears:)

I have small ears. The earbuds with microphone that come with the iPhone just KILL my ears. I cannot wear them for much longer than a few minutes. But I do want something similar that I could answer my phone.
I found this review Best earbuds for Small Ears
I found these which are a little pricey, but have the microphone and various sizes to fit the ear...I'm curious if they would work for small ears.
If anyone has experience and something to recommend, please post!

These have worked pretty well for me and dd who both have small ear holes, I've always had the exact same issues as you mentioned, earbuds have always been sooo uncomfortable. Dh's ear holes are a lot bigger than mine, and all the earbuds he finds comfortable don't even come near fitting my ears comfortably, even with the smallest adapters, cushions, whatever you call them. The other ones I've found that DO work for me, and are even more comfortable than the Jbuds are the JVC Marshmallows, they come in all kinds of fun colors.

I like the headphones that hook over my ears instead of earbuds. Not the 'old-fashioned' retro ones, but the little ones. I'll see if I can find a link; I know I got mine at Target awhile ago.

Jenn, did you ever find earbuds that worked for small ears? I'd like something a little more discreet than full blown head phones, but the buds that came with my iphone are really uncomfortable.

Around Christmas I tried some from Zagg for my husband and I -- there was a 50% off sale, so the price wasn't too bad.
ZR-Six. They are quite comfortable, stay in the ear, I can use for hands free on my phone, too. My husband was pleased, too. The padding can be changed to accommodate the type of ear and covering you prefer.
I would keep an eye on the sales. My husband wants another pair. It's not noise cancelling, nothing super fancy. I would like a pair of those kind of headphones but that cost is too much. I rarely use the earbuds, but for a while when I was working out for rehab and trying to catch up on some training recordings, I have used them.
