Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

A fellow mom has approached me about teaching French :) She is a homeschool mom that was a French Immersion teacher! She will be doing a beginners class, where my dd8 would fit in. And she is doing an advanced French for my dd13, along with a friend of hers. The both have had past french immersion schooling, so they are more advanced than a beginner. We're looking at a weekly class for a few hours, and weekly online conference along with assignments.

I have tried to keep up her french, but i can't find an appropriate curriculum for my girls, she will have all we need!

I'm VERY excited for this to happen!

That sounds so wonderful! We have been looking for a good immersion opportunity, but finding one has been more difficult than I imagined. What a great chance for you and your girls!

This is fantastic! I've been looking around here and can't find anyone who speaks French or will tutor! What a blessing that you found such a great opportunity!

We are indeed blessed :) I have been in contact with her, and it's looking like a 90 minute class once a week, with assignments for the week and a video conference once a week as well.

I'm very excited about this. She has even offered to drive dd13 home afterward as they are heading home to a coop. I am not doing the coop but we actually only live about 10 minutes apart so even better.

Hoping this comes to be. It doesn't hurt that we are in same parish as well..lol
