Hello! First time poster, long time lurker.  Set up my acct. a year ago but been lurking longer than that. 
I'm a Texas homeschooling mom to 4 wonderful children (11, 10, 8 and 2) and wife to one incredible guy.
I'm in super planning mode -- it's almost crunch time around here and wanted to ask you ladies about your school/home binders AND your homeschooling bins/boxes.
BINDERS - I'm trying to set up my new binder and need help with organizing and labeling my tabs. Do you mind sharing how you label your tabs? How many tabs does your binder have? What papers/info do you put behind each tab?
I bought this awesome 3-ring binder and LOVE that I can lay it flat like a regular binder or fold it all the way back like a spiral notebook. I also bought 2 pkgs. of these (16 tabs total).
So far I have the following tabs:
*Calendar
*Weekly Plans
*Liturgical Planning
*Home (this will include cleaning lists, etc.)
*Food (menu planning, some recipes, grocery list, etc.)
*To Do (thinking of a better name for that one)
*Inspiration (also thinking another name - this will include poems, saint quotes, bible verses, etc.)
HOMESCHOOL BINS - I bought an 8-cubby hole furniture piece for our school supplies. I love that it came with 8 large open canvas bins! We set it up in our dinning/school room and now I need to organize all our school stuff that we have scattered throughout the house. I'm trying to figure out how to label our bins and what to put in them.
Do you mind sharing how you organize your school supplies? If you had (have) bins/boxes, how would you label them and what would you put inside each bin?
I've decided to make the top part our liturgical/altar/prayer table... So one bin will definitely hold some seasonal/liturgical items (saint cards, candles, small prayer books - larger books are on bookshelves, etc).
I know I need one place for math items (rulers, calculators, manipulatives, etc.)... Another bin for everyday art/crafts (glue, scissors, etc.)... And the rest starts to get a little overwhelming. 
Phew... I think I'll stop here.

While I have no input in this department, I am totally excited about your binder system  - I might just have to replicate it myself!!!
I will have to keep checking back to see if anyone has any other suggestions or ideas about the binder system. I might just be organized yet  !!!!
ETA: What do you plan on putting behind each tab? I see how you have them labeled. However, I am fuzzy on how to use it (this is where I get frustrated) ?!?!?

The binder is for you, right? For home and school organization?
What a great idea and I LOVE the binders you linked to. Very versatile.

I'm excited about your bins!! Sounds lovely.
The maths and craft bins are a great idea. I'd also suggest a bin for paper and one for each child's collection of books. Perhaps another for the books that are used by all, ie. your current read alouds etc. Not sure how many bins that leaves you, but if you can a bin also for science/nature materials, magnifying glass, bug catcher, magnets etc.

I'd want a bin for cd items - whatever you are currently doing for music study, and books on audio. We also have items like the Jonathan Park creation science cds, Bible, some Jim Weiss, etc. If I don't keep things like that accessible, I forget I have them.
