Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

This list of ways to simplify your homeschool was recently shared on a yahoo group I belong to (Basically Beechick) and I thought it was so lovely that I hope you don't mind me sharing.

Simplifying Homeschool

I can see myself coming back to this every so often, when life tends to become overwhelming and you get that I'm failing! feeling in the pit of your stomach.

Chris~
I've always LOVED that list and have it printed out for my binder!

Angie's Principles of Happy Moms Who Home Educate also helps me keep things in perspective.

Anyone else have any other favs??? I love having these quickly-read lists in my binder to serve as reminders.

Wow Angie!

Somehow I missed your list when you first posted it. I am printing it out right now! It's wonderful.

I am learning SO much from all you veterans! Thanks!

Thanks for posting this. I especially needed to read number five!
