Thanks for sharing, Becky! I'm in plan mode now for next year and you gave me some great ideas. I think I'd like to begin and end together with my five too, letting them "specialize" in the middle. This is my first year with all of them at home, so I could use all the planning encouragement I could get! Thanks again & God bless!

This looks great, Becky. I'll be sitting down to make my plans and have definitely bookmarked yours for ideas.

Becky,
I meant to comment here, but forgot.
I love your planner pages! And, predictably, I'm smitten with their prettiness and their practicality!
Y'know...I found myself doing the same thing. At a certain point I was frustrated with other homeschool planners trying to make one work for us. In the end, it was coming up with a format that fit our family, learning styles, teaching style, educational philosophy, and the needs we were facing, that really gave us the boost from planning it to living it! It's not hard to DIY a planning format and, for me anyway, it just made a noticeable difference.
Hey! Great job with yours!

Thanks for the kind words everyone. And Jenn, I think you nailed the benefits of making your own - going from planning it to living it! It's much easier for me to follow my plans with this planner because it reflects the natural order of our days. Wow, who would think that just changing the format on the paper would make such a difference?!

Becky,
the planner looks wonderful! I have been entertaining the idea for a while now of making my own planner, but seeing what yours looks like has given me the courage to actually go ahead and give it a try! Thanks so much for that!
