Hey, everybody......I have put together a blog post that is pretty extensive in its info and links.

I wanted to put this together because I wanted to share the idea with my local friends, but not have to explain it repeatedly. Everything you ever wanted to know can be found on my blog post, as I have collected the best of the info on the internet for the moment, I think!

It was time-consuming, but I felt led to do this because I believe there are so many I know that it will help.

Take a look at this and see if you can find it useful to your lives. If you are anything like me....easily distracted......this may help!
