I have given away at least 2 copies of Real Learning...and now I find that I miss it and want to own a copy again...but alas, Amazon does not have it, nor does elizabethfoss.com. Hoping that there may be some suggestions here where/when I might be able to purchase a replacement copy? I need to read that chapter on burn out again, and gain some inspiration as we transition to summer time. Thanks!

I couldn't make your link above work, but I'm pretty sure this is the page you're linking to...Amazon - Real Learning by Elizabeth Foss. Elizabeth's book is out of stock there, but you can get a used copy for $9.99 right now. I've bought many books through the marketplace sellers before and have been satisfied with the experience. Just wanted to mention this in case you hadn't bought used books from Amazon before.
It also appears that Adoremus Books still has copies available.
Totally off topic....Elizabeth, your book is going for as much as $348 on Amazon...used, acceptable.   Wowzers!
Shawna, I also think I remember hearing Elizabeth say that she was working on revising Real Learning - the booklists perhaps? Maybe if Elizabeth has time she can confirm this. But, if there's a copy you can borrow perhaps you would want to wait to buy the revised edition. Just mentioning this for your consideration.
Hope you can find a copy of this treasure!

I have a few left. I found a box when we cleaned out the storage room. I'll get the link to the store working here in a day or two and update here.
We are going to revise it but it's probably a year off. I need to work on three other books for Pauline before the fall  . I contacted the publisher of Real Learning this morning and her plan for the immediate future is to do a small printing---1000 copies or so--- of the original book (hopefully with the covers that were on the first printing since we liked those better than the second printing).
Gosh...we're heading into a third printing and a second edition.  Thanks! That's a nice thing.
And that Amazon used price is crazy.  You can get 'em new from me and I'll even sign it. On the other hand, I'd snatch that $10 one up today...I can't buy them for that.

I looked about a month ago and Amazon was sold out and I went last week and it showed available so I ordered it but now it says my estimated delivery ship date isn't until June 13 sooooo I hope I get it! Anyone know how that works or why it would say out of stock, then available with a delayed ship time but now again it's showing out of stock?

Wow- I feel lucky to have my autographed copy. Love that book! In one section Elizabeth wrote something about not having to set up a Montessori classroom in your own home. I chant that as my mantra when I feel like I have to print out just...one...more....set of three part cards.....
