If I would like to follow their plan for American History next year, will all the information and suggestions still be accessible? I'm unable to follow along with it this year, but would love to do so next year.

Everything on the Serendipity site will be there next year, and in years to come. So if you decided to use different aspects now and in the future you won't have to worry about it disappearing.
