Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I am looking for a very high quality 3 inch, 3 ring binder for my 13 year old. We are starting on a long term history project that we want to be able keep nice.

All I can find is rather cheaply made ones. I would like one that the rings lock, and that has a closure of some kind.

Any ideas?

Office supply stores such as Office Max usually have several different lines of binders, from cheap-o to high quality folios. I'd try there first.

The type with D-rings work well...the pages are easier to turn and keep together, especially as the size of the project increases. We have found archive quality binders at office supply stores in the past and they are much more durable. Depending on the project, you may even find a four inch wide binder to be desirable.

Thank you.
I don't care for the vinyl binders. I think I am going to order some from BinderFinder They were very helpful on the phone, and my boys think their metal binders look cool.

Hi There,

Have you thought about using a binder that is used for scrapbooking? I found a couple of great, durable, leather-looking binders for our, "Book of Centuries" at Target. It looks very cool and classy.

Thanks DeAnn. I'm going to check Target for my daughter's sewing/homemaking binder. I tried looking at JoAnn's this past weekend, but couldn't find any scrapbooking binders, only books. Great idea to check Target!!!
