We need a 1/2 credit computer science. Do any of you guys have a suggestion? I am looking for a book that would guide my dd through the basics of Words, Excel, Power Point etc Maybe some kind of workbook type of book? And just in case it matters, we use Macs.

Natalia,
    My son did use the Computer Science Pure and Simple books, and they were EXCELLENT! My son, who will most likely go into the computer field, did both books in one full year that were meant to be a year each. He loves computers though, and like I said, will most likely go into computers.
     I'm planning to have our 10th grader use these this year for computer science. I really recommend this program for homeschoolers!
