Having issues with my blog. It doesn't recognize my account and/or password. It says it has changed to Google and, while I can sign into Google, it doesn't recognize that I already HAD an account and had posted several posts. Therefore, I can't post in my old account and it says that my account title, Mary's Muse is already in use. Well, YEAH, by ME!  Then, to coordinate and republish and all that good stuff, I have to go to this place with tabs that I CAN'T FIND. Can you tell I'm a bit frustrated? I haven't been able to post for days! Can anyone explain to me in English what I need to do? Please?

Thank you, Ruth. I don't want to seem vain in wanting comments. I'm just wondering whether what I have to say is important enough to share. Seems like all these wonderful women on the 4reallearning forum, some of whom have multiple blogs, have so many interesting ideas for teaching their children and living their lives ... and then there's me. Blank page. I don't pity myself. I sometimes feel I'm just too busy living life to be able to put it all down on paper, even though I know how cathartic journaling can be.
Then when I finally HAVE something to say, though it's not as deep as what you all have to say, my blogger gets quirky and decides not to accept my ID and password. 
I don't know how you all do it! Should I switch to TypePad? Is it worth it if I don't use it every day?

LOL, a metaphor I can relate to!
You might want to think about setting up a mirror site instead of moving the whole blog--use Wordpress or Typepad to link link link back to your Blogger blog archives, via sidebars etc, but do your newer posting on the new one.
On the other hand, it probably won't belong before Blogger Beta works out its kinks.

Tina, what you say is definitely important enough to share. Keep in mind that blog traffic is a bit down right now because everyone is so busy preparing for next week's feast.
I really like Typepad a lot. It's very easy to use and I think it's worth the money. They have 3 levels of packages. Plus, you can try it out for no cost for 30 days.
I just added your wonderful blog to my Google Reader.

I agree with Katherine. You do have important things to share. I don't write a lot on my blog either. I've never been much of a writer. Since English is my second language, my vocabulary is limited 
I also have Typepad. I used Blogger for a while, but I decided to subscribe to Typepad because it has so many more features. I have the $4.95 a month package and it's worked out well. I think it's definately worth it. I've never had any trouble with posts or comments.

What a gorgeous evening! Marianna made her First Holy Communion on Gaudete Sunday and was thrilled to be able to receive communion during Christmas too. Congratulations!

I tried to comment, too, and neither are coming through. Call me if you want - since I have Wordpress also maybe we can figure out what the problem is.
There may be a problem with WordPress right now, because I just checked and a comment that someone made on my blog today came throught to my email but isn't showing up on the actual blog comments section.
EDITED: Looks like it was a temp. Wordpress problem - comments are now showing up on the blogs.

OK. I'm starting over. I can't figure out how to get into my old blog. I can't even transfer over the couple of posts I made. You all convinced me and Typepad *is* easier. Here's my new blog.  And forgive me for starting ever so slowly.

I've jumped on the bandwagon as well. Jane, I understand where you are coming from - I have 3 that are 3 and under! It's my goal to at least get something down to keep my mind from going to mush. I figure that by blogging, even about things other than "school" that I will be keeping my mental facilities sharp. One can hope, right?
