Hubby signed us up a couple weeks ago, and we are really loving the instant movies through the Wii. It is "totally awesome" to quote my 8 year old....

No kidding ... Catie brought home a subscription (when she spent the summer with us) and we have really USED the instant play ... it's amazing just how many GREAT movies and shows there are on instant ...
Dh is thinking this may be a good thing around here ...

Can't say enough about how much we LOVE Netflix! No commercials, watch what you want, when you want, sooooo much available on Instant Viewing, stop/pause/start everything is kept for you, quick shipping of mailed DVDs...and REALLY inexpensive! We don't have ANY TV coming into the house (didn't do the digital box thing with the changeover a couple years ago) so we don't even have local channels. Don't even miss it anymore.

Many dittos here!!!! That has been a lifesaver with the events in this house the last few weeks.....now if I can navigate the stairs to park myself on the couch downstairs and see what kind of fun stuff they have on instant view for Mama!!  I just think it is crazy that is comes through our Wii......crazy!!!!

I really like Instant Watcher to help navigate what is available for instant viewing on Netflix. It is much easier to navigate than their main site in searching specifically for instant viewing movies.

I'm trying to get my dh to cancel our cable and get a Netflix subscription instead. This is the wrong time to do that though - football season is coming. 
Not that I don't like football, but I'd rather be watching great movies.

I am clearing off shelves and just was going through our old DVDs to sell. I figure, why keep most of them if you can get it on Netflix? It's not like we have to watch a movie *right now* or anything. And, there's movies-on-demand for that, anyway.
The money I will make selling some old DVDs will go toward future month's membership fees at Netflix. It is one of the few items in our "entertainment" budget category, anyway.
