Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

We started with my kids in 4th grade (the older ones that is. The youngers just seem, well, too young!(I think I don't want my babies to grow up!!))

The lessons are all doable- I have almost zero background in Latin, or did when we began, and we found LC1 very easy to implement. Didn't do the quiz's here as I was doing it right along side them- that was our LATIN year. Now we are veeeeeeery slowly trudging through Henle- taking at least 2 years to get through Unit 1 and 2.

We did LC I and II the last 3 years so our boys were in 6-8th grade. We did Prima Latina in 4th I think. We have no Latin background. I do remember getting bogged down in LC I but we just kept going on and it eventually clicked. Also, it did make more sense once we got to LC II.

Hope your feeling better soon, too!
