Okay....I started playing around with my blog, and suddenly a “footer” has been applied, which has moved everything but the posts down below the posts themselves......making for a very awkward arrangement. I am so frustrated. It doesn’t seem like I can undo under the templates, the footer template is “outlined” like I clicked on one of the three.....and there is no way to “unclick” the footer. Gray hair, people, gray hair!!! I want my old settings back.

Any ideas?

Oh no! I really don't. I haven't played with Blogger in a while -- can you go to the "Custom" design setting and arrange things from there? I've never played with the HTML in my blogs, only formatted things through the "Design" function, using their ready-made options.

I hope you get it figured out. Wish I had better counsel here. Good luck!

I figured it out!!! WOOHOO!     

This was probably a horribly backwards way to reset it, but I deleted the html...with sweaty palms....and then pasted in a free template from the Cutest Blog on the Block...then I went back into templates and re-set with the template I wanted....and no crazy footer. Whew!!! I did my absence tech support (college boys) proud!
